2. Where / How to File a Complaint?

A complaint to the RBI Ombudsman can be filed through any of the following methods:

  • Online through the CMS Portal: https://cms.rbi.org.in
  • Email your complaint to: crpc@rbi.org.in
  • Send a duly filled complaint form along with supporting documents by Post/Courier to:

3. Where / How to Get Further Information?

The Contact Center with Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) is available 24×7 for complainants to know about the Scheme and the complaint lodging process.

The facility to connect with Contact Center personnel is available from Monday to Saturday (except National Holidays), between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, in English, Hindi and ten regional languages.
